STORE POLICY

All sales are FINAL once the product has been used or worn.

 

If the product is damaged upon receipt of the item and returned to Bold Beautiful & Voluptuous LLC. in its original packaging within 72 hours of the time it has been delivered to the customer, we will replace it free of charge. The customer must email a copy of the shipping receipt and tracking number to bbv.pr@gmail.com. for verification of item return. 

 

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES OF ANY ITEMS.

If the product does not meet customer expectations and the customer wishes to purchase a different size or a different item, the item received must be returned to Bold Beautiful & Voluptuous LLC. in its original packaging within 72 hours of the time, it has been delivered to the customer. Once the item is received in the same condition it was delivered in, the customer will be issued a refund. The customer must email a copy of the shipping receipt and tracking number to bbv.pr@gmail.com. for verification of item return. Once the item is received, Bold Beautiful & Voluptuous LLC. will issue a refund. The customer is free to make a new purchase at any time. All REFUNDS and CANCELLED ORDERS (regardless of the amount) will be charged a NON REFUNDABLE restocking fee. Please be sure to INSPECT thoroughly before use to ensure your satisfaction. All SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN USED OR WORN!
